Updated yard waste, tree limb & leaf vacuuming rules & regulations

City Council updated policy on yard waste pickup, tree limb pickup and leaf vacuuming at last night's council meeting.
Updates include under yard waste pickup that waste must fit in the containers being used. Waste cannot exceed 1 foot higher than the container. Also, branches cannot exceed 1" in diameter to be considered for yard waste pickup. If larger than that branches must be set out for tree limb pickup on the third Monday.
Update under leaf pickup is that the city will vacuum leaves one week in the sping. Dates will be determined by the weather and posted once decided.
