Planning & Zoning
The Planning & Zoning Commission consists of five members appointed by the Council. The Commission members shall be residents of the City and shall not hold any elective office in the City government.
The term of office of the members of the Commission shall be three years.
All members of the Commission shall serve without compensation.
The Commission has the following duties. Reviewing proposed amendments to zoning ordinances, site plans and plat applications, and makes recommendations to the Council regarding the current and future development of the City of Lone Tree.
