Community Dining

Community Dining is located in the community building at 203 1/2 N DeVoe Street.  Call to reserve a meal 319-629-5144.

The community dining staff prepare hot, nutritious meals Monday through Friday, serving at 11:45am, for all members of our community. See monthly menu below. All ages are welcome!

Located in the Lone Tree Community Building directly West of LT's Fine Grocery (off DeVoe St) or to the North of ABC Park (off Commerical St). We assist the elderly and the handicapped in our facility and offer a warm place to visit with old friends, make new friends, and enjoy the food. We celebrate our patrons birthdays and annual holiday celebrations. If you are new to the community and want to drop in for lunch, give us a call before 10 a.m. and we will set a plate for you.

We offer "Meals on Wheels" to people in our community who find it difficult to get out. There is an additional $1/meal for this service. If you or a loved one are in need of our services or desire more information please contact our site manager.

We also offer "Carry Out" meals, give us a call before 10 a.m. These can be picked up between 11:00am and 12:00pm.

For any after hours requests you can leave a message on the answering machine. Please leave your name and a phone number in case we need to confirm your request.

We also set up annual flu shots for the seniors in our community. Be sure to watch the calendar for the Visiting Nurse. Lone Tree works closely with the Visiting nurses who offer clinics, and screening.

Meal Cost: $5.00 -- you can purchase a book of 10 meal tickets for $50.00.

Additional $1.00/meal for delivery.
