Board of Adjustments

The Board of Adjustments consists of five members appointed by the Council. The Board members shall be residents of the City and shall not hold any elective office in the City government. 

The term of office of the members of the Board shall be five years.

All members of the Board shall serve without compensation.

The Board's main duty is to authorize variances to the zoning chapter of the City of Lone Tree Code of Ordinances.
