Fire Department
Lone Tree Fire Department is made up of 100% volunteers from our community. They respond to between 175-225 calls per year. They are an EMT non-transport service.
Volunteers are always needed. If not you then who?
LTFD has two meetings a month. Fire training is the first Tuesday of the month from 6pm-9pm. EMS training is the fourth Tuesday of the month from 7pm-9pm.
During a three month trial membership you will be trained and participate as a full member to help you get the feel for what they do. Before the end of the three months you will meet with members of the team to discuss if this is the fit for you.
If accepted, within a two year probation period, the expectation is that you will attend an EMS class and complete a FF1 class. LTFD will cover the cost of the classes. With the expectation that you stay on the department long enough to justify the expense.
Contact any member of the Lone Tree Fire Department for more information.
If you are witnessing a crime in progress or are experiencing an emergency, please dial 911.
