Time to Trim Your Trees

City of Lone Tree is asking all property owners to trim their trees per the city code.
Lone Tree Code of Ordinance Chapter 151.03 reads, DUTY TO TRIM TREES. The owener or agent of the abutting property shall keep the trees, bushes or shrubs on, or overhanging the street, or two feet into any alley right-of-way, trimmed so that all branches will be at least 13 feet avove the surface of the street and 8 feet above the sidewalks.
City Council is asking for cooperation from all property owners in following this ordinance so all vehicles and those on foot can safely travel throughout the entire town.
