The Lone Tree Community Building

The Lone Tree Community Building was originally the Railroad Depot, and in the past has also housed the Little Engine Preschool, and Community Library. It currently houses the Lone Tree Senior Dining Site. The Community Building is located just to the north edge of Railroad Park along West Commercial Street.

The Community Building can be rented by the public for $75.00  plus a refundable $50.00  damage and cleaning deposit. This fee includeds the use of the kitchen. The Community Building is rented and reserved on a first come first serve basis. For more information about renting and reserving the Community building contact City Hall at (319) 629-4615.
