The student body of Lone Tree consists of about 250   K-8 students and another 150 in High School. The Elementary, Middle, and High Schools share the same building and many of the same staff. Because of its small size, Lone Tree offers excellent class sizes with a low staff to student ratio: no class has more than 30 students, most classes have between 12-18, and some lab classes have fewer than 8 students. Even though we are a small school, our two ICN rooms have been able to offer our students a variety of class choices including German, French, calculus, environmental science, and careers. In addition, we have been able to offer Kirkwood classes such as psychology, communications, and business communications. The ICN is also available to the public for classes such as sign language and Tax Law.
